I got a traffic ticket for failure to change row or lane in a freeway where a police car with flushing lights was parked in the grass side of the freeway. I would always move and change lane if I see any emergency lights like ambulance or firetruck but a police car parked on grass side away from The road without any kind of scene going is something new to me which I don’t know why he was parked there with flushing lights.
