I received a ticket for mobile phone use on the 5th of September & I am due to appear in court tomorrow 09/28/15. I would like to know what the fee would be for your law firm to appear in court on my behalf & get this ticket dismissed.

We would need some more information from you relating to your ticket, but we typically charge only $150 for a single ticket citation. This would allow our firm to go to court so you do not have to and fight to get your ticket fine reduced or possibly dismissed. We also work to get you placed on deferred disposition so the ticket will not be reported to your insurance and you end up saving money in the long run. For more information please call our offices at (210)745-2825.

Hi I got a ticket for supposedly being on the phone, I was but I was under the impression that as long as you used Bluetooth or had it on speaker you were fine.which I did have on speaker. Plus I don’t see how he saw my phone because it’s always on my lap. He was so far from me when he turned on his lights I didn’t even know he was pulling me over,I thought he was on an emergency call which I did tell him. Anyways I have to be in court on Friday 9/23 what would you charge and when am I expected to pay if you were to take care of this.
