Hello,
I was pulled over in Windcrest today. Here’s what happened! My friend was driving and I was the passenger. We got in her car and she pulled out of the driveway while I was still adjusting my seat. She came to the stop sign at the end of the street located no more than 1/2 blocks from here house. It was then that I assume the cop saw I had no seat belt on. I buckled up right before we even left her street not even knowing he saw me. And sure enough we got pulled over a little bit later. Can I use this as a defense? I literally had my belt on before the car warning sound camre on.

I recieved a violation notice for driver seat belt use on Lackland AFB today. Violation states I must appear in US District Court. No payment noted on violation. Do you handle these federal violations?
