My son got a mailed in ticket for passing a bus while the stop sign was down. He says he doesn’t remember it but would like some assistance to see if he can get it dismissed. My understanding is that they can not force him to pay it or that it will go on his record but the car is in my name.

I received a traffic citation back in October for Speeding and need to get it cleared off of my record. It is still open and a warrant was issued. I was in the military and moved away from the area and will not be returning. Please let me know what my options are. Thank you in advance!
