Commerece on the 18th of February, he survived but not without a lot of fractures and we are facing a extreme financial hardship and don’t have the money to take care of them until after the 25 of March, is there anything I can do? please advice me of any options that may be available.

I am willing to help him pay but not pay all of it for him. That is why they are not paid yet. Do you know of any lawyers that will take a down payment and payments on tickets. I know the total is over $3000. Not sure what lawyer can get it down to.
